A dermatologist in the UK claims that an increasing number of men are seeking his help hoping to put an end to their “hobbit feet” problem.

Dr. Michael Prager tells the Daily Mail that a lot of his male clients are requesting to have the hair on their feet removed.

“The fashion has changed: men show more leg and they want their feet to look good. I think what you’ll see soon is a trend for men to have no leg hair as well,” Prager says.

Margaret Dabbs, a consultant in clinics in Britain and Dubai, mentions noticing a rise in requests for lower leg and feet removals on men.

A laser procedure is applied, in which the hair is taken off for a longer period of time. The removal is performed in eight sessions.
