The Cuban dictator is declared dead once again on social media sites

Fidel Castro, the renowned Cuban politician and revolutionary, died yesterday at age 86. In reality, although he might not be jumping around, the man is not dead.

“Know most of y'all don't give a damn but I just found out Fidel Castro is dead. That means about 80years of brutal communism might end soon,” reads one of the fake posts provided by Hoax Slayer.

As LALATE highlights, this is not the first time when the dictator is declared dead. He reportedly died numerous times in the past few years, including in an airplane crash in Denver.

In the past few months, several celebrities have been falsely declared dead, but the most controversial case seems to be the one about John Cena of World Wrestling Entertainment.

The hoax started circulating back in August, but judging by the comments posted by our readers, the scheme is still doing the rounds on Facebook.
