A new build for HitmanPro 3.6.0 has been released. It comes with a brief, but quite important list of changes, as it strengthens the malware detection mechanism and corrects a time zone issue that occurred when validating the license.

Build 153 for HitmaPro 3.6.0 improves its behavioral scan engine by adding the possibility to detect spoofed memory-mapped file names. Together with updating the internal white lists, this is the most important modification in the current revision of program.

Other modifications available refer to several minor user interface issues that have been eliminated.

Although this is not a major release, users are recommended to adopt the latest revision because of the improvements added to behavioral detection.

HitmanPro can be used as a stand-alone layer of protection for your computer. You can check the entire list of modifications for this build on this page.
