“Hitchock” Poster Is Out: Anthony Hopkins Loses Himself in the Role

Two different Alfred Hitchcock biopics are coming out this year and, as it happens, we’re quite excited for both. We’ve seen the trailer for HBO’s “The Girl,” and now we’re being treated to the first poster for “Hitchcock.”

Directed by Sacha Gervasi, “Hitchcock” stars none other than the always amazing Anthony Hopkins as the late famous director. The focus of the film will be on the making of “Psycho.”

The poster, which you can see in full by clicking on the image above, is as simple as it’s efficient: it makes it clear from the start that Hopkins isn’t just playing a part, he’s immersing himself in the role to the point where he’s losing himself.

Indeed, the incredible transformation the actor has undergone for the part is just one of the things that make us hyped for this project.
