Today Hitachi made its presence felt on the Japanese market with the new W43H.

The phone features a 2.1 Megapixel camera with auto focus and a 2.6-inch large TFT display that supports 240 x 400 pixel resolution.

Among the special traits of the camera there is to be found an anti blur function; the device also makes use of the high-speed shutter sensitivity feature. Furthermore, the battery backup represents yet another one of the strong points of this phone, as it can last almost 4 hours when used continuously.

W43H uses the DBEX, a signal processing technology which improves the sound quality.

Like most phones in its series, Hitachi W43H provides customers with information transmission services like EZ channel plus or EZ news flash. The other features include 512MB of internal memory, expandable memory stick Pro-Duo slot, MP3 player, and PC document viewer applications such as Microsoft's Word and Excel. There is no word about its price yet.
