“Hit & Run” Trailer: Star-Studded, Silly-Looking Comedy

Dax Shepard is getting ready to take over theaters from around the world this summer, dropping on audiences a star-studded, rather silly-looking comedy called “Hit & Run,” which just got a first trailer.

Starring Shepard himself and real-life fiancée Kristen Bell, the film tells the story of a former bank robber who goes in hiding on witness protection but is forced to come out when his former associates track him down and aim to get even.

Bell plays Dax's love interest in the film, the girlfriend who has been kept in the dark all along about his troubled past.

The film also stars a dreadlocked Bradley Cooper, Michael Rosenbaum, Kristin Chenoweth, Beau Bridges and Tom Arnold and is scheduled for theatrical release on August 24.
