During her Wednesday night TV special, Barbara Walters presented her list of the “10 Most Fascinating People of 2013” and ended up naming Hillary Clinton as the top most interesting person for this year.

The other people on Walters' list were Edward Snowden – the man responsible for the biggest security leak in history, pop singer Miley Cyrus, “Kimye,” the celebrity couple of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, actress Jennifer Lawrence, the royal baby Prince George, and the Robertson family from “Duck Dynasty.” However, it was Clinton who drew her highest attention.

The choice of naming Hillary as the most interesting person of the year comes amid much speculation about her participating in the 2016 presidential elections.

Walters did bring that up during the interview and Clinton responded “It's such a difficult decision and it's one that I am not going to rush into. I haven't made up my mind. I will look carefully at what I think I can do and make that decision sometime next year.”

It looks like US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton does have some plans for the next elections, but she didn't want to reveal them on the Barbara Walters special.

However, she chose to direct attention at some of the current issues “I don't think we should be looking at the next election. I think that we should be looking at the work that we have today -- our unemployment rate is still too high, we have people getting kicked off food stamps who are in terrible economic straits, small businesses not getting credit, I could go on and on. I think we ought to pay attention to what's happening right now.”

This isn't the first time that Hillary Clinton was named Most Interesting Person of the Year on the Barbara Walters special. She's won the title on the first edition of the special, in 1993.
