The development team at Blizzard is announcing that it is launching a new special Founder's Pack for Heroes of the Storm, which is designed to offer gamers a wealth of content associated with the title and to give all those who purchase it instant access to the beta testing period for the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena experience.

Gamers can pick it up for 39.99 dollars or 34.99 Euro and they will also instantly unlock access to three heroes: Diablo, Raynor and Tyrande.

Each of them also has a unique skin which will make them stand out on the battlefield: Lurkablo for Diablo, Raynor in full Commander look, and Tyrande as a Blood Elf.

Those who get the Founder's Pack for Heroes of the Storm can also use a mechanized gold plated wolf as their mount.

The studio says, "Whether you’re already in the Heroes of the Storm beta test or you're a fresh recruit to the front lines, the Founder’s Pack is the perfect opportunity to enter a bold new realm of team-based hero brawls."

Blizzard also mentions that all the content offered can be used in North and South America, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand and that no refunds are offered if gamers already own some of the included heroes.

All the offered content will also be available in the full version of Heroes of the Storm and it seems that the number of Founder's Packs that will be sold is limited, although there's no info on how many of them will be delivered before the opportunity to pick one up is lost.

Heroes of the Storm aims to capture the imagination of the MOBA player base

At the moment, the MOBA genre is dominated by League of Legends from Riot Games and DOTA 2 from Valve, but Blizzard is betting that its own title will manage to attract some veterans who are looking for a new experience and newcomers who want a simpler set of mechanics.

The gameplay of Heroes of the Storm has been streamlined and the matches feel faster and more dynamic than those of its rivals.

Blizzard also says that it wants to listen to the feedback coming from the community in order to improve its title in the long term.
