14 DAY TRIAL // After confirming that Heroes of the Storm is the new name of its Dota competitor, Blizzard has just posted the first piece of artwork with lots of different characters from the upcoming online game.
The company has been trying to get into the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena genre for quite some time, and its own project has been known under several names, from Blizzard Dota, to Blizzard All-Stars.
Recently, the studio once again renamed it, putting the Heroes of the Storm designation on the project.
In order to further cement the new title, the first piece of artwork with the playable characters has appeared online, via the studio's Twitter.
As you can see above and in the gallery below, quite a few different characters are portrayed, from Warcraft's Anub'arak, Illidan, or Sylvanas, to Diablo's Witch Doctor or Diablo, to Starcraft's Nova or Tychus Findlay, to World of Warcraft's Chen Stormstout and The Lich King.
Expect to hear more about Heroes of the Storm this month, during the BlizzCon event.
