Microsoft is yet to announce the official release date of the new Office 2013 productivity suite, but the company has already started showing the best features of the updated software with the help of some pretty neat YouTube clips.

One of these videos was created to explain the concept of “Office subscriptions,” a new option that allows you to deploy the suite on up to 5 computers, even if you get just a single license.

In addition, an Office 2013 subscription offers you 20 GB of extra SkyDrive storage, as well as 60 minutes of free calls via Skype. And in case you were wondering, yes, Office 2013 works great in the cloud, so you can access your files at any time, wherever you are.

Sources familiar with the matter said that Microsoft plans to debut Office 2013 in late March, but the company remains completely tight-lipped on the subject for the time being.
