The WWDC (Worldwide Developers Conference) event hosted by Apple next week between June 8 and June 12, 2015, in San Francisco, USA, is about to begin, so here's what to expect from it.

Dubbed by Apple "The Epicenter of Change," WWDC 2015 is the most important event for the entire developer community of Apple, where they gather together to learn about the future of the OS X, iOS, Watch OS operating systems, and other Apple technologies.

First of all, in case you want to attend the conference, you should know that it will take place at the Moscone West Center, which has already been decorated by Apple with its epic logo. Also, the event starts at 10 a.m. PDT (Pacific Daylight Time).

Second of all, you must know that Apple will hold a keynote session on the first day of WWDC 2015, on Monday, June 8, 2015. Then, the rest of the week, there will be over 100 technical sessions, several hands-on labs, and other awesome events.

OS X 10.11, iOS 9.0, and Watch OS 2.0

Now, during Apple's keynote at WWDC 2015, you can expect to see all sorts of breathtaking announcements about the upcoming features that will be implemented in the next major versions of the Mac OS X and iOS operating systems.

Of course, don't hope for announcements for the release of iOS 9.0 or OS X 10.11, but instead expect to get a sneak peek at the innovations that are changing the computing and mobile industry.

For those of you who are not in the loop with Apple's latest releases of iOS and OS X, we remind you that OS X 10.10.4 and iOS 8.4 are currently in development, and final release of both might arrive during or after the WWDC 2015 event.

In addition to OS X and iOS, Apple must now concentrate their efforts also on the next major version of the operating system that powers the Apple Watch device, Watch OS 2.0, so you should expect to see some innovations there too.

New Apple TV, HomeKit, and Apple Music

Rumors say that we might also see the release of a new Apple TV, or at least some spectacular new features, mainly because the center of the WWDC 2015 logo (see the attached image) comes in the form of the current Apple TV device.

HomeKit, Apple's Internet of Things (IoT) API, which promises to allow us to control all sorts of gadgets around our house using nothing but an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch device, might also get new features.

And finally, there have been numerous rumors in the last couple of months around Apple's new music streaming service, which aims to be a reincarnation of Dr. Dre's Beats Music, especially that a new Music app is about to become live in iOS 8.4.

How to watch Apple's WWDC 2015 keynote live

Of course, Apple's keynote at the WWDC 2015 event will be streamed live on its dedicated web page. We will also have a live blog trying to cover all of the keynote's highlights, especially for those of you who don't have a Mac computer or iDevice.
