Maria Carey offered a first glimpse at the official video for her brand new song, “Infinity,” included on the studio release “#1 to Infinity,” which is a collection of her number ones, in mid-May. Embedded below is the full video in HD.

The diva has always been fond of glamourous settings and a luxurious feel for her music videos, and “Infinity” doesn’t disappoint in this sense.

The big surprise about it is that it includes some footage from her ongoing Las Vegas residency, in which she’s shown in a very low-cut, shimmering silver gown, performing the song for her Lambs, which is what she calls her fans.

The video, as promised, also includes cameos from Tyson Beckford, model and now Chippendale dancer, but also a good friend of Mariah’s, and Jussie Smollett, best known for his role on the hit “Empire” series.

Obviously, both are vying for Mariah’s affection, but only one knows what makes her tick. Hint, it’s not showing up at her door shirtless, touching your pecs in a suggestive manner.

Because this is the only new song Mariah has released since her highly publicized divorce from Nick Cannon, word online has it that she meant it as a diss song for him. He seemed to laugh off the suggestion by tweeting to support the track after it came out, and Mariah is definitely not about to discuss it any more than she has already.

If you’re looking for hints to confirm this theory in the accompanying video, you’re in for a disappointment.
