The high-end series hasn't been announced, but information is coming out anyway

A special presentation took place in Tokyo, where Micro-Star International (MSI) and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) presented a new accelerated processing unit (APU) and graphics processing unit (GPU).

There isn't much to tell about the APU. Called A10-5750M, it has integrated Radeon HD 8650G graphics.

The discrete graphics card got more attention (Radeon HD 8970M), because AMD and MSI actually published benchmark results for it.

Based on the Neptune GPU (from the Solar System series), the Radeon HD 8970M is about 7.5% better than the GeForce GTX 680M from NVIDIA.

Then again, AMD probably picked game titles that are optimized for its architecture, just like NVIDIA does in its own benchmarks.

The worrisome thing is that the HD 8970M is compared to the NVIDIA GTX 680M instead of the 680MX (on par with desktop GTX 680). It is enough to suspect the latter to be better.
