Microsoft is looking for customer input in order to kick up a notch the website associated to its Cloud platform.

A new survey is now live designed to allow customers to provide their feedback to the Redmond company.

According to the software giant, the feedback will be used in order to better the WindowsAzure.com site, and not the entire Windows Azure platform.

“Our objective is to make the WindowsAzure.com usability experience intuitive and efficient,” stated a member of the Windows Azure team.

“We'd like to know how we're doing on this objective, and if the information that we've presented on WindowsAzure.com is valuable and easy to find.

“If you've visited www.windowsazure.com recently, we'd appreciate it if you could complete a brief survey about your experience. We'll be relying on this feedback to add new content and functionality to the site. We look forward to hearing from you.”

Right now there are a number of questions on the survey page related to the customer’s current experience on WindowsAzure.com as well as their openness to share the site with others.

Survey participants can answer three questions by using the 1 to 10 (poor to excellent) rating system.

How enjoyable was your experience on WindowsAzure.com? How easily did you find what you were looking for on WindowsAzure.com? How likely are you to recommend Windowsazure.com to your peers?

These are the three questions provided by the Redmond company, but at the same time, they are not the only way that customers can contribute with their input.

Microsoft is also inviting survey participants to “provide any feedback you have that may help improve the quality of your experience with WindowsAzure.com.”

Customers that have come across issues on WindowsAzure.com or that have ideas on how Microsoft can improve the website now have the opportunity to communicate directly with the company.
