Newman again ? which makes me think of Seinfeld?again! But that's just me! Anyway, Newman Electronics released a shiny new media jukebox called M968A PMP and added a couple of extra features, to make even more customers happy.

So now, the M968A comes equipped with an integrated camera, which allows the user to take instant shots and keep memories with the loved ones straight on the player. Of course, don't expect the quality to be same as that of a picture taken with a Nikon, since it uses a humble 1.3 megapixel camera.

In addition, the company added a more streamlined follow up. As for the design, the player looks much better outside the pocket, as it can create quite a stir in your group of friends, coming hidden under the shock-resistant casing.

If you were wondering about the player's dimensions, you should know that M968A features a reasonable 2.4-inch and a 320 x 240-pixel resolution with a 260K color TFT screen, but the form factor is nothing special at 118 x 61 x 17mm. Moreover, since this Newman is priced at only 65 bucks, no one seems to give a damn whether this is a factory price or the retail one. It will surely make some people envy. As for the memory capacity, this player has a 1GB capacity storage, good, but again not very impressive. The player has capabilities which enable it to deal smoothly with any AVI file format for the video format, or with MP3 and WMA ones, for the audio file formats.

Regarding the image viewing, the Newman player can read JPG, MBP, GIF and PNG, so almost all the existing files on the market. Other features include LRC lyrics sync, ID3 tagging for full information about your favorite music track; the easy document management and the file browsing that assures an accurate usage of the interface.

It is also USB compatible, supports line-in AV, audio recording, and features even a game emulator and SD/MMC memory extension, if the user feels like there is more music to add on the playlist.

But again, the biggest quality seems to be price!
