Hello Kitty and Hello to Mouse Computer LuvBook S Too

Jewels have always been present in history and, by the looks of it, aren't about to go anywhere, even if they have been getting some practical, tech-based uses nowadays.

In this case, though, it isn't so much a case of gems getting technological uses as it is a case of technology getting gem-studded.

Mouse Computer created the LuvBook S, which features, on the lid, Sanrio's Hello Kitty face made of 1,100 Swarovski stones (give or take).

The face of the iconic mascot sits on a red background color.

As for the device itself, it has a price of about $900 (669 Euro) and combines a 2.2 GHz Intel Core i3-2330M CPU with a 500 GB and 1.3 megapixel webcam, all in an 11.6-inch frame that adds an HD screen to the mix (1,366 x 768 pixels).
