Helio has just expanded its line of phones with the launch of the Samsung A513 Fin phone. This is a pretty special release, as it's the thinnest
device to be supported by this US telecom operator and even to be found on this country's
market.
The blue-black magnesium case is only 11.4 mm thick, one highly slim design for a flip phone. The handset manages to pack a large number of evolved performances in this slim case, despite the small available space.
Samsung A513 comes equipped with a 3 megapixel camera capable of providing captures at a fairly high quality. They can be automatically uploaded to popular sites like YouTube and Flickr directly from the device, for sharing special moments with everybody.
The phone also handles music rendering capabilities at top performances, as it also has a play and pause button for easier managing playlists. There is also a 100 MB of internal storage memory space and a microSD card slot to provide up to 4GB of additional capacity. The device proves to be capable of handling a large number of media file types, which makes it highly efficient.
The Fin phone also packs GPS navigation capabilities, one useful feature that many
evolved handsets are providing nowadays for their users. Samsung A513 also provides immediate access to Yahoo! Messenger, AOL's AIM Service and Windows Live Messenger. Moreover, it also brings email from Yahoo! Mail, AOL Mail, Windows Live Hotmail, Gmail, Helio Mail, EarthLink, the ability to add additional IMAP or POP3 email accounts and push mail support for Yahoo!, AOL, Windows Live and Helio Mail.
This makes it excellent for those who want to stay connected with friends at all times and benefit from all evolved communication solutions. The device will be available from now on in retail stores for USD 175 through a limited time offer for Helio Samsung devices. New members will receive USD 50 instant savings at Helio locations.
