With her music career not going anywhere and (as of now) no new television project, one may be tempted to believe Heidi Montag has nothing else but her many surgical interventions to keep her in the spotlight.

Well, that, and her tweets about them. The reality star took to her Twitter a few hours ago to offer tips on the maintenance of implants: by massaging them every day.

“Giving my self [sic] a soft tissue breast massage. Ladies we have to keep those implants soft,” Heidi writes. It is not known if any one of her 1.3 million followers took her up on it.

Two hours later, she hopped into the bathtub because she’d been too stressed out, and that was painfully obvious in her clenched jaw muscles.

“taking a hot bath to relax my jaw muscles. They are lock up and it is hard to talk. I have been too tense,” she tweeted.

As fans must know, Montag also had her jawline altered to be more feminine. The intervention left her unable even to chew her own food, all of which was captured on camera.

Before that, the reality star also dished out cosmetic surgery-related advice, telling her fans they should never ever even consider having their ears pinned because the intervention is the worst possible.

“Warning: to anyone who is thinking about getting their ears pinned, I learned after the fact it is the most painful surgery a person can get,” she wrote.

Also on Twitter, Heidi writes about the hardships of being an owner to 4 dogs, saying she’d finally realized why most people had only 1.

In late August, she tweeted about a “horrendous” nightmare she had, and which also had to do with her many interventions, saying she’d dreamt she slept without her nose tape on.

Also last month, Heidi gave her first extensive interview on her decision to have a makeunder, having just now come to grips with what she’d done to herself with so much surgery.

Unfortunately, this didn’t happen until her stubbornness to “reinvent” herself had destroyed her marriage and, ultimately, her life.

“Spencer begged me not to get the first surgery and it almost broke up our relationship,” Heidi said about her first nose job and breast augmentation, back in 2007.

“Then he begged me not to get the second one and it did break our relationship,” she added.
