Before hosting a party in Vegas

Reality stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, now husband and wife, are considered the most attention-hungry celebrities out there right now. They can make of absolutely anything an extraordinary photo op and, of course, Valentine’s Day was no exception, as JustJared can confirm.

The couple flew to Las Vegas, where they hosted a party at Pure club on the special night, but before that, it was time for Heidi to get her Valentine’s Day presents. Since she just had her face and body surgically altered for an “upgraded version” of herself, which means interest in her has peaked, this apparently was the perfect opportunity to stage a photo op with the paparazzi in the incredibly romantic setting of a hotel suite arranged especially for the occasion, and complete with balloons, champagne and rose petals scattered on the bed.

“Heidi Montag shows off some major post-plastic surgery leg in another ridiculous photo shoot for Valentine’s Day on Saturday (February 13) at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. The suite, which was decorated by Fredericks of Hollywood, was set up by her husband Spencer Pratt. Romantic, right? Later in the evening, Heidi and Spencer hosted the Valentine’s party at the resort’s Pure nightclub. When Heidi’s song ‘Body Language’ played, she went up to the front of the VIP area, danced and waved to her fans below her from the main stage,” JustJared says.

Speaking of songs and music, not long ago, Heidi was telling EW’s The Music-Mix that her debut album, the aptly titled “Superficial,” on which she worked many years and in which she admittedly invested her own money, would change pop music for eternity. As per Montag’s own words, she was convinced that “Superficial” would turn out to be like Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” – only better and bigger. Oddly enough, despite all this confidence, “Superficial” sold under 1,000 copies in its first week: 658 to be more precise.

“In its first week of release, the aspiring singer’s album, ‘Superficial,’ which she hilariously compared to Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller,’ has sold under 1,000 copies. That’s about 109,999,000 fewer than ‘Thriller,’ for those keeping score. It gets worse for the ‘Tag. The album sold only 658 downloads so far,” The Hollywood Gossip was saying, as we also reported at the time.
