Former “The Hills” reality star and much-derided pop star Heidi Montag has gone down from an F-cup to a C-cup again, after yet another surgical intervention. This time, she explains in her first interview since the procedure, she went under the knife because of health complications.

As her bright star started to fade a few years back, Heidi set out to reinvent herself through plastic surgery, carving herself (pun somewhat intended) into her own dream version of a human Barbie.

She’s come to regret the many interventions she had at such a young age, her second set of breast implants, a disproportionate cup F, being one of her biggest regrets. When she developed health problems because of them, she knew the time had come for her to downgrade to a C-cup, she tells Us Weekly.

At the same time, she promises she won’t be getting any more work done because she’s sick and tired of being called “surgery girl.” This sounds odd for coming in an interview precisely on the topic, but we’ll just go with it.

“I couldn't conceptualize the weight of them in my body. They felt like bowling balls on my chest. I'm the new, new, new Heidi!” she says. Heidi previously said that each of her breast implants weighed about 3 pounds (1.3 kg) each, so she’s definitely not joking about feeling like she had bowling balls on her chest.

The Daily Mail reports that Heidi had reconstructive specialist Jay Orringer look at her F-size implants and help her with having them removed. Besides the back and muscle pain, and the occasional arm numbness she experienced, she was also in danger of having the implants slide down.

“He told me they were falling through the bottom, and I got scared. It's superdangerous. They can fall through to your belly button!” Heidi says.

The procedure lasted about 6 hours, with the former reality star professing herself thrilled with the results.

“Now my spine doesn't hurt and my neck feels better. It's like I can breathe for the first time in years. I am just more comfortable in my skin. And I can wear cuter, tighter shirts. I don't even have to wear a bra!” Heidi gushes.
