Heidi Montag, as many would know by now, emerged as a star thanks to MTV’s reality show (which eventually proved to be scripted) “The Hills.” Now looking for fame as a singer, Montag is finally opening up about the many surgical interventions she underwent with the purpose of becoming “the best me.” With 10 procedures done in a single day, the star admits to People she’s addicted to plastic surgery.

Every star in Hollywood, regardless of whether they’re men or women, is getting plastic surgery, Montag says for the magazine. Unlike them, at least she’s honest about it: she never has and never will hide from the public the fact that she’s going under the knife to improve her good looks, she insists. For the past three years, Heidi has been on a journey of self-discovery and now that she knows how she wants to look, there’s no stopping her.

“For the past three years I’ve thought about what to have done. I am absolutely beyond obsessed. Every starlet is getting surgery every other day to keep their looks up. They just don’t talk about it. I wanted to be honest. I’m already planning my next surgery – I’m determined to get bigger ones [implants, Montag’s currently a DDD cup]!” the star explains for People. She may be addicted, but she’s certainly not seeking help to fight the addiction, Heidi goes on to say.

In fact, she just recently underwent 10 procedures in a single day, as JustJared can confirm. These are, as per the same e-zine: “nose job revision, chin reduction, mini brow lift, Botox in forehead and frown area, fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, liposuction on waist, hips and inner and outer thighs, buttock augmentation and breast augmentation revision.”

As the cover of People also shows, Heidi Montag is an entirely different person from the girl who started off on “The Hills.” She may be unrecognizable, but she’s also more confident in her own strength and feeling more attractive than ever, being convinced she has reached the closest thing to perfection with the help of plastic surgery, she says.
