Heidi Klum Gives Birth to Daughter Lou Sulola Samuel

Reports of Heidi Klum going into labor and eventually being admitted to the hospital have been making the rounds since last Friday, but they were one by one infirmed by a spokesperson for the family. Today, it has emerged that Heidi did, indeed, give birth late on Friday, she and husband Seal welcoming the fourth addition to their family, a baby girl they named Lou Sulola Samuel, as E! Online can confirm.

As he’s done upon the birth of his other two children with the famous model, singer Seal spoke to the media to share the good news with the fans. In a statement released a few hours ago, Seal revealed that, while at first they were unsure they would have enough love for another, a fourth child, the moment they laid their eyes on Lou, they knew they were the happiest parents on Earth.

“It’s difficult to imagine loving another child as much as you love your existing children. Anyone who has a family will tell you this. Where will one find that extra love? If you love your existing children with all of your heart, how then can one possibly find more heart with which to love another? On Friday October ninth 2009 at 7:46pm, the answer to this question came in the form of our fourth child and second daughter.” Seal says in the statement.

He then goes on to add that both child and mother are in perfect condition, and to thank the newly arrived child for “choosing” their family to watch her grow up. “Lou Sulola Samuel was born and from the moment she looked into both of our eyes it was endless love at first sight. She is beautiful beyond words and we are happy that she chose us to watch her grow over the coming years.” Seal explains.

Lou Sulola Samuel has now two elder brothers and one sister, as Seal also notes in the statement: the boys are Henry Gunther Ademola Dashtu Samuel, 4, and Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel, 2; the girl, Helene “Leni” Klum, is 5 and is from Heidi Klum’s previous relationship.
