The development team at Blizzard in charge of the card-based Hearthstone announces that it is launching patch 4217 for the game, designed to fix some bugs and tweak some of the core game mechanics to offer a better experience.

A full list of the changes and explanations of their effects can be found on the Hearthpwn fan site.

A cap on the amount of gold has been introduced, gamers can now seek for opponents using new sets of criteria and there’s an option to abandon one quest during each day.

There are also modifications for the core ranking mechanic and each class has been tweaked in order to make it more competitive.

Hearthstone is at the moment in beta and Blizzard is handing out invitations for the card game, which uses powers and cards drawn from the fantasy worlds that the company has created.
