14 DAY TRIAL // Blizzard has just announced that its amazingly popular Hearthstone card game is now available on Android and iOS smartphones. While the game has been listed in both Google Play Store and App Store for quite a long time, Hearthstone was only compatible with tablets running Android or iOS platforms.
However, Blizzard confirmed last year that it would bring Hearthstone to smaller displays sometime in 2015. True to its promise, Hearthstone developers have just announced that the game is now up for grabs for smartphone owners.
Newcomers should know that the game comes with “a few lighthearted tutorial missions,” which are meant to provide them with all the information they need to master Hearthstone.
According to Blizzard, those who already have an account and have been playing Hearthstone on PC will have their card collection and progress shared across any device that they have used to play the game.
Basically, all the cards that you have managed to collect on either platform will be available on PC, Android and iOS at any time.

Additionally, for those who have never played Hearthstone on iOS or Android smartphones, Blizzard offers a free Classic card pack if they play a game in Play, Arena, or Practice Mode.
Keep in mind that, in order to play Hearthstone, you will need an Internet connection. It's also worth mentioning that Blizzard has a list of supported Android and iOS devices, which provides you will all the info you need before downloading the game.
Speaking of which, make sure that you have enough storage on your smartphone because the download file is about 700MB in size.
You can now download Hearthstone for Android and iOS for free via Google Play store or App Store. The game should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Android 4.0 or later. Hearthstone also requires 1GB of RAM.
