Vivendi Universal Games has announced that Sierra Entertainment's F.E.A.R. (First Encounter Assault Recon), one of the most anticipated games of 2005, has been shipped to retailers globally and will be available Tuesday, October 18, 2005. "Consumers around the world will be able to get their copies of F.E.A.R. at the same time - October 18th," said Philip W. O'Neil, Chief Operating Officer and President of North America for Vivendi Universal Games. "The great feedback that F.E.A.R. has received in the media has helped create a huge demand, one that can be satisfied tomorrow." Developed by Monolith Productions, F.E.A.R. is an intense first person close-quarters combat experience with rich atmosphere and an engaging, paranormal horror storyline. F.E.A.R.
