Quentin Tarantino is actually going to make the western after all

The fact that someone actually took the time to record and then leak the Tarantino trailer for “Hateful Eight” shows you just how much fans are waiting for this movie and how excited they are it's getting made again, after the director abandoned the project right after the script leaked online.

One YouTube user has decided to put up the clip and lo and behold, YouTube hasn't taken it down (yet). It's a pretty dodgy recording, done with the camera phone, and as the uploader himself says, he missed the first 10 seconds or so of the video.

Since the movie hasn't started production yet, the trailer is basically just a bloody animation, showcasing title cards for the characters' names, as well as some of the music which includes Iggy and The Stooges.

Collider also reported that actress Jennifer Lawrence was in talks to appear in the movie which would have been mind-blowingly cool, except her publicist has denied the rumor in the press and said “she's not doing this project.”

But that didn't stop fans from speculating which role she was going to play in the movie, and most pointed out to Daisy Domergue, as she was the only female character in the cast. The second choice was Six Horse Judy, but few people actually believe that is the case, since the part is much smaller and Lawrence is usually the type of actor you want to show off if you cast her.

Jennifer is indeed rather busy at the moment and there's little chance she could sneak in such a big project on her plate.

She's currently finishing up filming on the latest “Hunger Games” film and then she's set to appear in the David O. Russel production, “Joy” in which she plays the role of a Long Island single mother who becomes one of the country's leading entrepreneurs with her self-wringing mop. Naturally, the movie is based on a true story.

This last movie is set for production around December 25, which is exactly the same time “The Hateful Eight” is scheduled to be completed.

It's going to be interesting to watch how Tarantino is going to handle this latest leak, since the last time that the film's production was affected by a leak, he gave up the project entirely. Eventually, he came around and decided to give it another go, so let's hope this time he doesn't do the same, or we're never going to watch this movie in a cinema after all.
