Hasselblad has just unveiled three new Stellar Special Edition compact cameras aimed at the amateur and enthusiast market. The new models come in three new body colors: orange, black and white.

As we all know, Hasselblad aims for the luxury camera market, and these new models make no exception when it comes to exotic finishing touches. The Stellar Special Edition models feature extravagant carbon fiber, padouk and wenge wood grips, and come wrapped in exclusive leather cases with signature stitching.

Hasselblad's New Business Development Director Luca Alessandrini said that "The launch of our Stellar brand in July was a great success and now we are offering discerning customers new options on this outstanding point and shoot camera.”

These new camera models will hit the stores at hefty price of €2,375 / £1,975 / $3,175 (excl. VAT). Using the latest Carl Zeiss lenses and the revolutionary Hasselblad imaging technology alongside Full HD video capture capabilities, a 3.6 x optical zoom and a high ISO sensitivity, the new Hasselblad cameras are more than good looking.
