According to the New York Post, Nick Lachey has recently tried to sell his story to OK!Magazine, for an amount of $300,000.
He reportedly sent a friend, A.J. DiScala, to make the offer on his behalf. But the publication's officials were not certain on whether DiScala was indeed Lachey's representative.
The actual representative, Mr. Shawn Sachs, denied all of that by saying:
"Drew Lachey - Nick's manager - has not spoken to OK! magazine about any interview deal. Any report to the contrary is false. A.J. is Nick's good friend."
No money problems for Mr. Lachey, anyway, since the fresh ex- "newlywed", who split up with Jessica Simpson in November, had signed no pre-nup. That is bad news for Jessica, for ex-hubby Nick is hence entitled to half of her earnings, about $54 million. Under Californian law, any money made during a marriage is split if there is no pre-nup in place.
Jessica has declared she is determined to solve things
like a lady, therefore hiring the same attorney that handled Jennifer Aniston's divorce, Robert Kaufman.
