Harry Styles Talks About Taylor Swift Split

It’s been two months since Taylor Swift and Harry Styles broke up after a very mediated but brief romance. Harry is only talking about his ex now and, contrary to what some celebrity bloggers said about him in the past, he’s being very mature about it.

As we also reported at the time, Taylor opened the Grammy Awards 2013, including in her performance of “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” a line that seemed to mock her ex.

“So he calls me up and he’s like, ‘I still love you’,” Taylor said in the spoken part of the song, with the “I still love you” in a slight British accent.

Even if that was the case, Harry still has nothing but kind words to say of her.

“She's a great performer and she always performs great,” Harry says in an interview with London’s Capital FM, as cited by ABC News, when asked about the Grammy performance that got so many people talking.

“She's always good on the stage. She's been doing it a long time. She knows what she's doing on stage. It was just another good Taylor Swift performance. It was good,” the One Direction star adds.

More than that, he would not say.

He doesn’t blame the fans or the media for taking an interest in their short-lived romance and following breakup, but that’s not to say that he’s willing to offer more details.

“I understand why people would wanna know stuff like that, I get it. If someone does stuff like that then I wanna know about it, too. I guess it just kind of… it is what it is I guess,” Styles says.

Officially, Taylor has been keeping mum on the topic of the breakup but, if what voices online are saying are any indication, she will probably be very vocal about it in one of her upcoming songs.
