Daniel Radcliff, the actor who interprets Harry Potter character, will star in Australian movie "December Boys", a story of four orphans, born in the same month and find themselves competing against each other for a place in a proper home while on their summer holidays.

"Daniel is an actor with talent and intelligence beyond his years," Richard Becker, who will produce the film, said. "He can step into any role and deliver a brilliant performance."

"December Boys" will be the first movie For Daniel Radcliff outside the Harry Potter franchise. Australian director Rod Hardy, who has directed 'The Practice', will helm the film.
