This summer will see the release of the fifth "Harry Potter" movie. "The Order of the Phoenix" has one interesting aspect in particular, and that is Harry's first on-screen kiss. Or (maybe) Daniel Radcliffe's for that matter. Why such a mean remark? Because Harry's first kiss took several shoots to get it right on camera.

If you go to see this movie, you will get to witness a grown up Harry kissing his longtime crush Cho Chang, which is played by Katie Leung. The kiss is rumored to last some 30 steaming seconds. It seems that the importance of this premiere took its toll on the actors as well, since they were a bit nervous to begin with. Being a very understanding director, David Yates cleared the filming set to provide the two with some sort of privacy and all the crew gathered around a monitor to watch them go at it. Even in these conditions, Daniel could not deliver right away.

When the two finally did kiss, it was a moving experience for everyone. Since most of the crew members have been with the project since the beginning, they literary saw Daniel Radcliffe and the other kids grow before their very own eyes. Which it is why we can understand the makeup artist for shedding a tear. The woman has known Daniel since he was 10 years old.

"The Order of the Phoenix" has already premiered in Japan but will open in the US on July 11 and in the UK a day later. Why did it premiere in Japan? Well, the young girls there cannot get enough of Harry and this movie shows him kissing an Asian girl. Need I say more?

The month of July is turning out to be the month of Harry Potter, as the following days will see the release of "The Order of the Phoenix" movie, but also of the novel "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows", the seventh and final book of the series. Although the fans of Harry Potter have every reason to be sad of the impending closure of the young wizard's adventures, they are also content that Daniel Radcliffe and the rest of the cast have already agreed to star in the last two movies, the first of which is due next year.
