Dan Ayoub, the executive producer working on Halo: Spartan Assault, says that his team faced a number of challenges when porting the game to the Xbox One home console but is satisfied with the quality of the new experience.

He tells the News section of the official Xbox site that, “We didn’t just want to do a straight port to Xbox One, so we had to rethink things like controls and pacing that to make sure it played great on the console. We also made considerable efforts to make the audio shine.”

Gamers will be able to enjoy full 7.1 surround sound that has been remastered and all new music.

Those who already own the mobile version of Halo: Spartan Assault can get access to the Xbox One version for the low price of 4.99 dollars or Euro.

Fans of the franchise who just want to get the console version will be able to download it after paying 14.99 dollars or Euro.
