The Xbox 360 in the Halo:Reach Bundle has an exclusive silver design and franchise specific markings. The console is basically a slim version of the Xbox 360, with its 250 GB hard-drive and built in wireless connectivity. The bundles will also contain Standard Edition of the game, a token for the Limited Edition Elite armor set, an episode of Halo Legends and a wired headset that is also Halo-themed. In addition to the Halo Reach Bundle, Microsoft also revealed two new features of the game, the Forge 2.0 multiplayer level editing tools and a new multiplayer mode called Versus Firefight. Using the Forge 2.0 tools, players will be able to create their own levels for online play set in the Forge World, an environment set one of the series famous Halo rings. This creations can be achieved alone or along with seven other players through the Internet or with three other players through split-screen.

The Versus Firefight mode pits a team of Elites with Covenant AI support against a team of Spartans. The is a two versus two multiplayer fight that tasks the Spartan soldiers to survive the onslaught of enemy Covenant controlled by the AI, as well as two player-controlled Covenant Elites who must hunt them down. This sounds a bit like the Versus mode in Left 4 Dead.
