The team at 343 Industries in charge of the Halo 5: Guardians Hunt the Truth teasing campaign is announcing that gamers can get all the audio files released so far and those coming in the next few weeks by registering for an iTunes stream.

The information is offered for the official account of the series, and the advantage of the podcast method is that gamers do not need to look actively for the new audio files when they are released.

Gamers also have the options to listen to the entire story in one go and get all the new Halo 5: Guardians details when they arrive.

On the other hand, using only iTunes to experience Hunt the Truth will mean that they miss out on the other content that the site offers, like the cool ONI modifications to the iconic Master Chief image that was recently posted.

The new teaser website is at the moment set to run until E3 2015, and after that 343 Industries might expand the scope of the teasing to include a full ARG.

The first two episodes for Hunt the Truth have talked about the childhood of Master Chief and have raised questions about his identity, with some spoilers that should be experienced by each fan through the audio files.

Halo 5: Guardians arrives on October 27 of this year

Microsoft confirmed the launch date for the shooter via two different live action trailers that were introduced last week, although actual details are at the moment very scarce.

The game is the first one that 343 Industries has created from the ground up for the Xbox One home console and its improved computing power.

The single-player story of Halo 5 will focus on both Master Chief and Agent Locke as they dispute which reality or perception of it is the right one.

The development team is also working hard on the multiplayer modes of the shooter, which were tested at the start of 2015 via a beta period.

The studio currently says that it has plans to tweak weapon balance, map design and the abilities of the Spartans in order to make sure that the game offers a great experience as soon as it arrives.
