14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at 343 Industries and publisher Microsoft have put out a new package of screenshots for the upcoming Halo 4, some of them linked to the multiplayer mode that was also officially revealed today.
The images are pretty impressive, showing off both core character Master Chief and Cortana and a number of Spartans ready to engage in multiplayer battles.
Halo 4 will take the story to a new Forerunner world that needs to be explored and where players will find an ancient new evil threatening the galaxy and humanity, with Master Chief once again taking the lead in the battle against it.
The multiplayer side of the game will deliver a cooperative mode, called Spartan Ops, which will allow gamers to create and develop a Spartan IV warrior, and a set of competitive match modes under the War Games name.
Halo 4 launches on November 6 on the Xbox 360.
