Microsoft's Phil Spencer has not denied recent reports about a Halo 2 Anniversary high-definition remake for the Xbox One, as opposed to other rumors concerning a lower-priced Xbox One or other such things.

A variety of upcoming Microsoft titles and plans were leaked last week, including the possibility of a Halo 2 Anniversary remake for the Xbox One console.

While talking on Twitter with a fan who asked about such a title, Microsoft's Phil Spencer revealed that he never gets tired of answering questions about the company's plans but that he "can't always answer as we need news at events."

He also ended the tweet saying that, "Halo 2 is a good game."

As such, it's pretty obvious that a Halo 2 Anniversary remake is coming in the near future, especially since this year marks the 10-year anniversary of Halo 2's original launch.
