Halle Berry is said to have been chosen the new face of Versace. According to Pagesix.com, the Oscar-winning actress was recently the star of a photo-shooting in LA, conducted by celebrity photographer Mario Testino, who was most appreciated by the late Princess Diana. "The shoot was beautiful portraits, slightly messy hair and a wind machine", a source was quoted by America's New York Daily News newspaper as saying. The 39-year-old actress follows in the footsteps of Madonna and Demi Moore, who have advertised for the famous fashion house. Wilhelmina model Gabriel Aubry is said continue to act in the Versace ads, while Tamara Mellon is rumored to have asked Nicole Richie and actor Shawn Hatosy to star in the new ads for Jimmy Choo, in a campaign directed by Brett Ratner, according to vogue.co.uk. Meanwhile, Halle Berry is rumored to be expecting her first child with boyfriend Michael Ealy. Some sources claim the two actors are in fact in the process of trying for a child, according to America's New York Daily News newspaper. Halle Berry's spokeswoman did not release any comment so far. The media insists on the fact that the actress has made no secret of her desire to become a mother before she turns 40.
