14 DAY TRIAL // It might have seemed like Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry ended their romance on friendly terms, but the custody battle that's been raging on ever since has been anything but. New reports claim the Oscar-winning actress is planning to shut Gabriel completely out of his daughter's life.
Now engaged to actor Olivier Martinez, Halle is thinking of moving to France, having already asked the custody judge to allow her to relocate there permanently, with daughter Nahla as well.
A decision is yet to be made in this sense, but fresh reports suggest that Halle might have another plan to keep Gabriel out of his daughter's life.
A source tells Radar Online that Halle wants to marry Olivier and then have him adopt Nahla as his own, so that she can block Gabriel from ever seeing her.
He, on the other hand, is determined to fight tooth and nail to stay in his daughter's life, says a spy.
“Gabriel fears that Halle’s ultimate plan is to get him out of his daughter’s life, permanently. He believes the plan is for Halle to move to France with Nahla and then have Olivier adopt her as his own. She wants a 'fresh start' apparently,” the insider says.
The model believes that this is why Halle has been waging this very nasty media war against him all along, making false accusations in court and leaking negative stories about him to the press.
She is trying to have him pushed out of Nahla's life.
“It all makes sense now, the allegations of mistreatment and abuse, the slurs against Gabe in the press, the fight to strip him of custody, he believes it’s all part of a bigger plan to make him appear like an unfit father and get rid of him for good,” the spy says.
Gabriel has been cleared of all accusations but, should Halle continue making them, he's determined to fight back the same way, the report further argues.
“It’s not happening though. He loves that little girl and is determined to always be a part of her life and always be her father. Just because Halle is through with him doesn’t mean she can shut him out of her daughter’s life too. Gabe may not have Halle’s money or power but he will not just lie down and take it,” the insider explains.
He's also believed to be in talks for a tell-all to expose Halle for the shrews, manipulative and vengeful woman she is, as we also told you a short while ago.
