Halle Berry takes ex Gabriel Aubry to court again for custody of daughter Nahla

Just a couple of months after reaching a custody agreement for daughter Nahla, Halle Berry is back in court, telling a judge that her ex Gabriel Aubry has violated the current agreement, and arguing that he is a bad father.

The drama began earlier this year when, apparently out of the blue given how they had parted ways on friendly terms, the Oscar-winning actress took Gabriel to court over custody of their daughter.

At the time, Halle claimed cited many reasons for her move, including her belief that her model ex was not a fit parent for Nahla, having put her safety at risk at least on a couple of occasions.

The same reason is cited now, TMZ reports. Halle claims that Aubry has violated the terms of the custody agreement and is not the father she wants for her daughter.

“Halle Berry went to family court this morning, complaining her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, violated the custody agreement they struck over Nahla, and to reinforce her point, her lawyer submitted a lengthy court document claiming Gabriel has put Nahla at risk,” the e-zine reports.

As such, she’s always worried that something bad might happen to her daughter when she’s in Gabriel’s care, the actress claims.

“Our sources would not be specific about the violations, but we’re told it has to do with requirements Gabriel was supposed to follow when he had custody of Nahla,” TMZ writes.

“The lengthy documents go into great detail about Gabriel’s parenting skills, claiming there was once an incident overseas when Gabriel allegedly neglected Nahla, imperiling her safety,” the e-zine further says.

Because Aubry was not present in court when his parenting skills were thus called into question, the judge refused to make any decision in his absence, scheduling another hearing with both Halle and Gabriel at a later date.

As we also noted on several previous occasions, this is not the first time that Halle alleges that her ex is doing unspecified things that put his own daughter, Nahla, in danger.
