Amidst talk that the Gosselins’ reality show is slowly going down the drain, the women in Jon Gosselin’s life are taking turns at putting the truth out there, opening up and speaking their mind to the media. After would-be rival Kate Major and former wife Kate Gosselin, it’s now the turn of Jon’s current girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, to dish out personal details to the press.

The 22-year-old who seems to have won over Jon’s heart sat down with E! News to talk about how the sudden exposure had changed her life. First and foremost, Glassman says, she is sick and tired of having people blame her for the Gosselins’ divorce, as she also is of accusations that she’s only dating Jon for fame. If it were up to her, she would give every bit of exposure she has in the media back to the media, so that she can be happy with the man she calls the “first love” of her life.

“Take my 15 minutes, you can have it back. Please take it back!” Glassman says to all those who point their finger at her saying she’s in it for the fame. As for why she has waited so long before giving her first interview on her relationship with Jon, Glassman claims it was because she has spent the past three months “in hiding.” “I want people to know the truth. Right now I’m speaking from my heart, myself. I’m not some celebrity, I’m not some famous person – I’m just a 22-year-old girl who got caught in the middle of all this.” she adds.

As for the allegations that she virtually broke up Jon and Kate so that she could be with him, Glassman insists those are just lies made up by the tabloids. The parents of eight were already separated when she met Jon, with Kate living at her parents’ and Jon desperately trying to understand what had went wrong in his life so that he could fix it – or, if not, move on from the disaster.

“Jon and Kate have moved on with their lives – it’s only the viewers who haven’t moved on. He was living in my house, the person I joked around with. He was sad and bored, I was home and bored.” Glassman explains. When asked about would-be rival Kate Major, Glassman drops the gloves. “I wasn’t worried. I know what Jon tells me and I know him... but she’s cuckoo, cuckoo, you know?” she says.
