Most people cringe or at least feel some kind of discomfort at the sight of dead people, but not this particular nurse, maybe because of her profession or just because she has some rather bizarre habits, like posting pictures with dead people on Facebook and asking others about their opinion on the matter.

37-year-old, Filipino born, Blaze Binder was accused of “violating peace of the dead” by a Swiss court and fined with $1,300 (€966) after posing next to dead pensioners in the retirement home she worked for and posting the photos online. The pictures were accompanied by messages asking people to guess if the elders were dead or alive and calling herself a “soul thief” and praising Satan.

In one particular comment, she wrote “gonna send them to Hell where some belong, the rest in the compost pit for fertilizers – hehehe” and many other similar posts. When one of her 2,000 Facebook friends told her that her posts were inappropriate, she replied that she didn't care as it was her page and she could post whatever she liked.

Besides the disturbing photos with the dead elderly people, the satanist nurse also had a significant collection of postings advertising her dominatrix after-hours job – calling herself the “queen of pleasures” – dressed in seductive, yet aggressive, attire and surrounded by adult toys, tools, whips and handcuffs.

The Swiss Association of Nurses was shocked and visibly bothered, and bashed the woman's posts and the fact that she became a local celebrity known as “the devil nurse.” Relatives of the pensioners featured in Blaze's photos were outraged and demanded their immediate removal.

When confronted with the gravity of her acts, the controversial nurse was actually amazed by the fact that people got upset because of some “beautiful photos.” According to Daily Mail, she considers death a normal part of life, encountered on a daily basis, and says that people shouldn't fear it but, on the contrary, accept and confront it.

The Swiss court decided that Miss Binder violated the peace of the dead by taking and posting those particular photos and fined her $1,300 plus a suspended fine of 120 days of pay. Also, the photos had to be taken down immediately to the comfort of the relatives of the deceased people featured in them.
