DAX, Germany's blue-chip stock market was mistaken by hackers with a French rugby fan webpage called allezdax.com.

According to The Guardian, the administrators of the sports site admitted that their defences were “inadequate.”

During the 15-day attack, their website was visited 80,000, a record that the page will surely not break any time soon.

"I only have one thing to say to them: leave us alone!" said the admin to the hackers on France Bleu Gascogne radio station.

Now, they’re back online and their security has been improved to prevent such further incidents.

Who would have thought that even sport sites need a proper protection against hackers. This only comes to prove that no matter what website you administer, you can never be too secure.
