Hackers of TeamBerserk have leaked close to 7,500 email addresses and passwords allegedly stolen from the systems of Plateau, an Internet service provider based in New Mexico, US.

“We have sorted through all of these accounts through automated script. All of the #Military Accounts have been sorted and they lead us to a few #Army and #AirForce #Networks within New Mexico which have already been penetrated,” the hackers wrote next to the leaked data.

The hackers claim that the email addresses and the clear text passwords they’ve published can be used to access accounts on webmail.plateautel.net.

So far, I haven’t been able to find any official statement from Plateau regarding the incident.

I’ve sent them an email hoping they can provide some clarifications. The post will be updated if they respond.
