Hackers not only fail to listen to the voice of the Philippines government, which urges them to stop the cyber battles, but now they’ve begun defacing websites just for the fun of it. A perfect example is the site of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

GMA News informs that the government organization has been targeted by a hacker who calls himself “Net user”.

"Hacked by Net user! Just fun a fun!!” the hacker wrote on the defaced webpage.

Judging by the email address left by the attacker, [email protected], he may be Chinese, QQ being a popular email service from China.

Currently, the site (pagasa.dost.gov.ph) appears to be functioning normally, but during the time its administrators were working on fixing it, visitors were redirected to an alternative site.
