HTC has managed to develop at a great extent over the last years, managing to earn itself a spot among the best smartphone developers. Its name now stands for the most evolved such devices. "When the Chinese say '10', it means perfection. After 10 years of innovation, HTC has earned the respect of its customers and partners alike. We will continue to expand the scope of collaboration with our partners to bring more innovative products to the market", said Peter Chou, chief executive officer of HTC.

The new location that the company has chosen for continuing its work seems to have also been of some importance. "Since moving to Taoyuan County 10 years ago, HTC has flourished amid fierce global competition by creating a dynamic business environment that encourages innovation and entrepreneurship. I am very proud that Taoyuan County's strategic location and highly-skilled, dedicated, and hardworking workforce have contributed significantly to HTC's worldwide capabilities and innovative technology competitive advantage", further said Chu.

HTC's new global headquarters and R&D center is located in Taoyuan, Taiwan. This new location brings a large number of state-of-the-art R&D laboratories, along with a large number of high-end design and R&D engineers. This new location is meant to help HTC develop even more evolved smartphones, through a solid research.
