Both companies blame Samsung's inability to stand out

This usually happens after each major Apple announcement that involves the launch of a smartphone, but this time HTC and Nokia took it on Twitter to make fun of Samsung on Galaxy S5's launch that happened last night in Barcelona.

While Nokia banters Samsung's inability to differentiate its products and standout from the crowd, HTC is harsher and hopes the South Korean company is “ready to be One-upped” on March 25.

This is another light teaser on HTC's already confirmed launch of the M8, also known as “the all new One,” which is set for March 25 in New York, US.

Nokia's playful way to gibe on the Galaxy S5 claiming that its Windows Phone devices are not the “Same-sung” puts the Finnish company in a weird position given the fact that lots of its smartphones feature the same unibody layout.

Obviously, the build quality of Nokia and HTC devices are far superior in comparison with Samsung's Galaxy smartphones.

Mocking Samsung's Galaxy S5 had some rewards on the marketing side, with HTC's tweets being retweeted 700 times and Nokia's trolling tweet being retweeted almost 800 times. However, this can't be compared with Apple's mocking tweets from last year that saw thousands of retweets in a matter of a few days.
