Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation is expected to bring to the market at least two new Android smartphones in the not too distant future, both of which have leaked online before as HTC Zara and HTC Zara Mini.

According to the latest reports on the matter, the HTC Zara Mini is, in fact, codenamed HTC Z3, and will land on the market as the smaller flavor of Zara.

The info comes from @evleaks, who did not provide additional details on the smartphone or on its official unveiling.

However, a recent article on UnwiredView notes that the HTC Z3 will be none other than the HTC 301e handset that emerged in China last week.

For those out of the loop, we should note that the device was spotted with a 4.3-inch WVGA touchscreen display, as well as with a 1GHz dual-core processor packed inside.

Furthermore, the mobile phone is expected to sport 512MB of RAM when announced, along with 8GB of internal memory, and dual-SIM capabilities.

The specifications list of this handset is also said to include a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, along with a 1.3MP front camera for making video calls.

HTC Z3 is said to run under Android Jelly Bean, though it remains to be seen what specific OS version it will sport.

As for the larger HTC Zara, IntoMobile claims that it will be officially announced as the HTC Desire 601, and the fact that its hardware specifications are comparable with those of Desire 600 should come as proof of that.

Zara is said to feature a 4.5-inch screen capable of delivering a qHD resolution, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal memory.

It is also expected to sport an 8-megapixel rear photo snapper with LED flash, front camera for making video calls, Beats Audio, a microSD memory card slot, and Android loaded on top.
