Will the HTC Nexus 9 be priced the same?

Google choose HTC as the manufacturer for its Nexus 9 tablet, but word on the street has it that HTC might be gearing up to produce a bunch of its own branded tablets.

HTC has been expected to make a comeback to the world of tablets for some time now, so you shouldn’t find this surprising.

Anyway, it appears the device maker is looking to capitalize more on the Nexus 9. As the Chinese Twitter account UpLeaks reveals, HTC will soon launch three new tablets.

And one of them will be based on the already available Nexus 9 (probably coming with the same internal specifications) and will take advantage of the company’s own HTC Sense.

The Google Nexus 9 is a tablet offering an 8.9-inch display with 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution and Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. The Nexus 9 is the first to arrive with the 64-bit NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor codenamed Denver. Will the HTC version maintain the same lineup?

As for the other two models (T1H#F and T1H#TUHL), they are probably variants of the same device, one taking advantage of Wi-Fi and the other of LTE.

Further information regarding specifications is quite sketchy now, so all we can do is wait for more details to appear.
