It looks like HTC is ready to rock any Android fan's world with its upcoming smartphones that are expected to hit shelves beginning next month.

One of the most powerful Android smartphones that should make its entrance on the market in October is the HTC Vigor.

Rumored a while back, the phone will be replacing Verizon's HTC Thunderbolt, or at least will make Android lovers think that the Thunderbolt never existed.

The Vigor has just showed up at Bluetooth SIG, the official Bluetooth organization, to receive its Bluetooth 3.0 certification.

The phone is mentioned as model ADR6425LVW, and is compliant with v3.0 HFP, HSP, A2DP, AVRCP, OPP, PBAP, FTP, HID and MAP.

It appears that the Vigor was listed at Bluetooth SIG back in July, but only recently received its certification.

Bluetooth SIG does not reveal any addition information regarding the phone's hardware configuration, but we already learned that HTC plans to turn Vigor into its Android flagship smartphone.

In this regard, HTC Vigor is rumored to be delivered with a large 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen display with 1280 x 720 HD resolution.

Furthermore, the phone is expected to be powered by one of the new Qualcomm 1.5Ghz dual-core processors.

HTC Vigor will run Google's latest Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread update, along with HTC Sense 3.5 user interface.

In addition, it will sport an 8-megapixel camera and will possibly include Beats audio parts.

According to the latest hearsay, HTC Vigor is expected to be released by Verizon on October 5th, to become the carrier's premier 4G smartphone.

Although no information has been confirmed yet, we should expect HTC to make several interesting announcements at its London event on September 1.

We can safely assume that some of the recently leaked HTC smartphones will be showcased at IFA 2011, in Berlin, between 2-7 September.
