Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation has been rumored lately to plan the launch of new Windows Phone 8 handsets to complement the currently available 8X and 8S, and info on one of these devices has emerged online this week.

The handset is reportedly known internally as HTC Tiara at the moment, and might arrive on the market as the first device in the world to run under a new Windows Phone 8 GDR2 platform release.

According to UnwiredView, the smartphone will resemble the HTC One SV in specs, as it is expected to hit shelves with a 4.3-inch WVGA display, a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.

Furthermore, the smartphone is rumored to sport an 8MP back camera, 1.6MP sensor on the front, and an 1800 mAh battery when arriving on shelves sometime in May.
